Qualified candidates must have:
Formulation:
– Develop gummy with stable active ingredients
– Proof formulas and recipes for gummy products
– Prepare prototype samples
– Adapt formulas and processes from the bench to production line
Testing and R&D:
– Conduct basic analytical testing (pH, TA,Water activity, moisture,etc) to support product development work
– Develop protocol for stability testing and analyze results
– Complete research and development project within specified timeline
– Conduct function and/Sensory evaluation on ingredients, flavors on product
Qualification and Experience:
– Food science degree or related field
– 3 Years or more experience in gummy formulation
– Familiarity with GMP requirements for Dietary Supplement
– Ability to identify formulation and processing issues
